Urgent: cPanel Email Problem PLEASE READ

My server is running the latest current cpanel. I've problem with email service where messages are not sent or received! When trying to send through outlook or webmail for example, the server accept the messages and dose not give any error messages. Users assume successful delivery but their messages are actually lost! The same thing happens when someone sends messages to the server. The sender will never get an error message bounced back to him, and hence he would assume successful delivery.

I tried to solve the problem using the tools in email section in WHM. I've even deleted all messages in queue and it has 0 messages since then!
