[Sun May 16 15:35:47 2004] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 443
weve tried to rebuild apache 6 times now and each time while it claims its restarted it appears as though it hasnt as we cant get thru to any sites 98% of the time and if we do get thru they dont display correctly etc...
in whm it reports: Unable to obtain apache version information. Your apache server at 202.76.155.210 may be down, or unreachable.
port 443 doesnt appear to have anything bound to it so i am at a loss.
we also have been getting
[Sun May 16 16:15:10 2004] [error] mod_ssl: Cannot open SSLSessionCache DBM file `/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_scache' for status retrival (System error follows)
[Sun May 16 16:15:10 2004] [error] System: No such file or directory (errno: 2)
in the apache error log as well
We have done easyapache option 6 a total of 4 times now and it just wont restart.
Anyone got any suggestions on what the trouble is or how to fix it?
Weve combed thru the CPanel forums, tried just about every sugestion, and even ran upcp a couple of times to see if that helped... but no good

Im desperate anyone got any suggestions?
