Running Solaris
For a while now, I have been following the WHT trends of OS popularity for servers. I've noticed that there seem to be 3 distinct leaders: Windows, FreeBSD and RedHat/Fedora. My question is: does anyone here have any experience with running a Solaris server? Can someone mention the pluses and minuses of using Solaris? I'm not looking at the fact that "FreeBSD is free and Solaris is not."
