Top 50 sending hosts?

What is the Top 50 sending hosts stats in the Mail section of WHM actaully describing? Lillcharmers.com on my list i have no idea why that would be there, out of the couple of sites I have on my server there is nothing relating to that domain, in members emails etc...?
