I was wondering if its possable to limit 1 ip connection at a time per user in the .htpasswd file? and also is it possable way to somehow monitor the bandwidth usage from each user in the .htpasswd file?
Ive checked out mod_throttle to limit connections and downloads but wasnt sure if it would use htpasswd users file.
Also wasnt sure if mod_watch would use htpasswd user file and monitor each user and output each users bandwidth usage to the stats page.
