Windows 2003 problems

I've been getting the same error EventID 1013 as described in http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?e...=W3SVC&phase=1

"A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was <2988>. "

And right after that event 1128:

"The World Wide Web Publishing Service was not able to initialize asp performance counters. The service will therefore run without asp performance counters. Restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service to start asp performance counter gathering. The data field contains the error number."

I have no idea how to fix these problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
