pure-ftpd create user homedir

Using pureftpd and getting it to create the user home dir when they first login working fine but our standard setup should have www logs and cgi-bin folders created within the home dir.

Checked the docs, faq's, google and tried /etc/skel but still can't get the extra folders created via pure's folder setup.

Any ideas?
