forum with 150 simultaneous users on-line

i received a proposal of a guy willing to host his forum in my server

he says it has 150 simultaneos users on-line and it's a phpBB forum...

i will probably need to upgrade RAM (maybe +512 MBs)...

what do you think? is it possible to stay with 1024 MBs RAM?
