chaning ip causing web site error

Ive attempt to change the ip of one of my client's web site.

Everything went well, however. When I goto view the domain.
domain.com displays the Cpanel's No Website is configured at this address.

However... When i goto www.domain.com , i can see the page no problem.

Whats the cause of this??
