Fedora or Red Hat Enterprise for DELL 750?

Hi

We will buy some DELL 750 Server with 2 SATA 120GB Harddisks and the Raid controller for a Raid 1.

Now we need to decide if we should buy the Red Hat Enterprise 3 lizence, which DELL recomends us, or if we should take it without OS from DELL and use Fedora.

We know only Red Hat, so another OS is not a solution for us.

Will Fedora works with this server without any problems? If yes, then we will go with Fedora, because the lizence is to expensive for the RHE. Or is there really a good reason for RHE?
