Add-on Domains not redirecting correctly

I recentlly moved all my sites from my old server to my new server, but now some of my sites add-on domains are not working.

for example:

When u go to addondomain.com ... it works... but when u go to to a page within the site.. it takes u to:

addondomain.mydomain.com/file

anyone know why?
