CPU affinity with WIN2K3 server...

Ok...ya I know Linux > * ....except in the department of Half Life Steam servers...where the windows servers have a 200% performance difference above Linux binaries....anyways..

We run Dual Xeon machines and since the HLDS ( Half Life Dedicated Server ) only uses one processor since it isnt SMP...I have been right clicking on the seperate servers...4 in all and setting CPU affinity...2 servers for each Proc.

Well..the thing is ...is that when the end user restarts his server via rcon ( Half Life Remote Control ) the CPU affinity gets reset back to 0 1 2 3...meaning its set back to use all CPUS....which I dont want.. CPU affinity with WIN2K3 server...

Is their any program I can use to continually set CPU affinities in windows...or at least lock specific processes that a processor for good.

Any help is HIGHLY appreciated CPU affinity with WIN2K3 server...
