Beware of this guy's services. I ordered 24/7 monitoring and recovery and for the past 3 months they have been a joke. A complete joke and on top of that this guy is the most unprofessional guy I have ever met in this industry.
Also the servers that apparently monitor your servers are hosting other sites and it looks like he is just trying to make use of some extra space he has. How do I know this? I asked for all of his ip's did a check on whois.sc and turned up over 200 sites each on his servers.
