How to backup?

I've a deticated server, and I bought a new harddisk which is already installed as hdd.

What shoud I put in the: "Backup Destination (this should be a dir/nfs/coda mount with at least twice the space of all your /home* partitions. Setting this to /home is a VERY BAD IDEA.):" field in WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.3.0-R5 ?
