How Access MySQL with limited privileges?

hi all,
on a CPanel server i can add an MySQL user to a database with limited privileges. However, login to phpMyAdmin i login by defaul to the main user with all privileges.
Is there another way to login to phpMyAdmin but as an secondary user with limited privileges?
