Okay, My server was working fine and running at great speeds until about a week ago. Then suddenly the server started to go from like .82 CPU being used to 20 or 40 on the status page. I've updated Cpanel, Rebooted the Server, restarted any and all process's that could possible be slowing the server down and all I can find is that Exim Processes are taking up huge CPU resources, since as of now I have 3 Copies of the same process running.
Rebooting Exim doesnt do crap, and I have no idea why the server suddenly started going crazy like it is.
