permission denied downloading files ftp
She is moving to a new account and I need to transfer her files for her. When I tried to download her site via ftp I get an error say permission denied. I tried to change the permission of the files but they wouldn't change so I went into the server as root and tried to do the same, again they would not change. I checked the ownership and all seems to be fine there also.
Has anyone had the same problem in the past and if so how did you correct the problem.
Any help would be appreciated on this one.
