emergency technical support?
i usually do maintences on my server between 00h and 06h (-5 GMT)
my maintences are usually simple, like just recompiling apache, applying some patches, etc. and I always think "how could I undo that if it fails?" before so I don't have many problems with my server (at least nothing I couldn't undo in 10 minutes) recently
but I know errors may happen and I'd like to know if there're some 24h company that can help with technical issues in case I have some
I don't want to pay per month because I won't need this service so often... I wouldn't be asking things, nor requesting to apply patches... I will just want it in case something essencial (like apache/mysql/bind) is BROKEN and I don't know how to fix.
