VBulletin install w/ cpanel question
Does anyone know how to install vbulletin through cpanel? Is it no doable? I have always worked from the command line in the past but have an account setup with hostgator who does not allow shell access anymore. I am unfortunately not receiving much help from their technical support... they are answering quickly, just the answers are not very useful. I ask how to install vbulletin and twice they have told me something along the lines of "many scripts can be install from fantastico". Is it not doable without shell access? Is there something to fantastico that I don't know?
