Plesk - Cpanel Replacements? - Free

Im not very familiar with linux and I am just now setting up my dedicated box with redhat 9. Here are my questions.

1) Are there any good free domain management programs out there such as Plesk and Cpanel?

2) Is there any remote admin type programs available?

3) Is there any free DNS services I can use with up to 10 domains?

4) What are some good free email programs i can run on the domain as well? eg: horde squirrel mail, those type

If using about 10-20 domains with this machine, hosting them all and having say 1-2 emails for each domain or 1 with using catch all do you think it will put a high amount of stress on it?
