Bind Error

Okay, I am getting this Bind Error after all the latest updates with WHM.

I went into Shell and took out the Hypens in the Key Names since some people on CPanel.net site suggested that course of action and this is the error message it leaves me with:

"rndc: connect failed: connection refused "
