Outbound email issue

I have been trying to find an answer to this issue, hopefully someone will have seen something similiar. We have a customer with a mailing list and one of the members email kicks back. The error that Merak is saying that it has a Distributed Loop Detected. Looking at the path that it returns, it almost appears to me that dynamic dns is pointing back to localhost (127.0.0.1). This one has me baffled.
