Wierd connection problems
I'm experiencing a really strange - or so it seems to me, problem with my server. I cannot send any data to the server. This includes FTP uploads, forms through HTTP, and so on. Everyone else has no such problem
When I try to upload through ftp, I get a speed of 4KBPS, and then it rapidly drops to 0 and ending with a server timeout. A 0kb file is created on the server and thats it. The download speeds are absolutely normal though.
Anyone has any idea what is going on?
I'm using Rogers in Toronto, Canada as an ISP.
