I run several band web sites and most of them are for fairly popular bands. The main band I host a site/email for recently began complaining of the inability to send e-mail through their POP accounts. We discovered (after calling..) their ISP is now blocking port 25. They refused to open it. I have a shared account at a hosting company that is running Linux with Cpanel. I'm sure others have to had run into this issue before... what can I do? I don't think I can change the port through Cpanel and their ISP refuses to budge. They use their e-mail for ALL business and use it very intensely. Webmail isn't good enough.
Is there any way around this so they can use their pop account again?
