I would like to run mssql data replication I will be running sql2000 server . I would like to know if some one can provide me with some information about setting sql2000 server one two machines one as master and one as slave for realtime replication . After that I would like to know how to make daily data backup by using utilities like rsync or some other file transfer system . I would like to know how would dailuy backup work and what files of DB would i need to backup ?
