whm/cpanel error?

sometimes while accessing WHM or cPanel, I get a message like that in the browser:

is that a cPanel/WHM server problem or is it client side (my browser)?
it's just happening with cpanel/whm on my server, not with any other site (even in my server).
with 1 or 2 refreshs it comes back to normal...

i guess the problem is related with this "content-encoding: gzip", but i didn't enable it on apache while compiling with easyapache... so maybe the "special apache" that cpanel uses for ports :208# has this enabled? can I disable it?
