PHP not working with my MYSQL???

My PHP is not working with my MySQL databases...I'm not sure what's wrong.

I tried PHPMyAdmin on one site and it gave me this error on this page: http://handasolo.com/phpmyadmin/

*My MySQL database is currently on.
