Odd download issue
I have Windows 2003 Server with Apache & PHP installed.
PHP script sends file to the user but the download speed is very low.
Server is located at ServerMatrix. It runs small shoutcast server also. Only broadcasts, so 1 stream only (relays take the rest).
I checked the MRGT - it says that current output from the server is 560Kbps.
By default server was on 10mbps link. That should be enough to download file at the high speed. But the speed is always like 40KB per sec.
I upgraded my server to 100Mbps and I still have the same problem.
Can I fix this? What is causing slow download?
