Multiple Apache Installations @ 1 server?
I've got a SUN Cobalt RaQ 550 server, with 2 Apache servers running (the dedault -> admserv en for vhosts). Now, for a large project we want to add a third Apache server. This because we will have to do a lot of changes in Apache and others, so we don't want to bother the Apache on which the vhosts are running with that. Now I got four IP addresses available for this server... x.x.x.113, x.x.x.114, x.x.x.115, x.x.x.116.
Admserv is running on .113, and the vhosts on .114. We would like to have the new Apache server run @ .115.
For this we have made a new virtual interface: eht0:1 with the .115 IP address... but we can't get the net Apache installation be reached over this IP address... when we type the .115 address in a browser we come on the .113 admin panel...
How can we relate .115 (or eth0:1) with the new Apache installation?
Thnx!
