Using PhpMyAdmin as root or reseller

I am currently using CPanel for my customers and would like to know if it is possible to use PhpMyAdmin to modify my customers databases. Most of the times I create the sites hosted on my server for my customers but I do tell them to change their passwords frequently. What happens then is that I can log into their CPanel with my root override password but I cannot use PhpMyAdmin.

Error:
This feature is not available while logged in with root override. You are logged in with the root, or reseller's password. Please login with this user's account password.

Then I have to ask them if I could reset their pwd to the original one. Work on their site to solve whatever problem they have and when finish ask them again to change their pwd for security reasons. This is taking too much time now. I know I could use ssh and give commands but PhpMyAdmin is easier. Any idea how I can use it as root and see all the databases?
