mx and cname????

How do I setup this up? I"m hosting a site and they are hosting their email on another server. They want me to do this below.


mx10 smtp.secureserver.net
mx50 mailstore1.secureserver.net

cname mail.1stchoicediet.com mapped to pop.secureserver.net
cname email.1stchoicediet.com mapped to email.secureserver.net
