I'm baffled. I have a client with two separate accounts on the same machine. One he can download from at 300k. For some reason, the other site has been maxing out at 20k for the last couple of days. Both accounts are well under their bandwidth limits. I've restarted the server and checked everything but it appears normal. Any suggestions on where else to look? This is a Cpanel machine.
