Cpanel and Pure-ftpd Recompile
As everyone know, Cpanel uses an RPM for Pure-FTPd that doesn't have quotas compiled in. That allows the users to continually use the FTP to get around the space limits.
The funny thing, the last 2 clients we both caught doing so, were all uploading warez.
In any case, I would want to recompile it from source.
Just wondering if it will break anything from those who had done it. And if you had done it, what are all the parameters you adopted in the configure stage to ensure Cpanel remains relatively happy.
