how to copy all accounts to new server

my current server hosting about 600 sites is having many problems and i am canceling my service with that Datacenter. i need to know how to copy all accounts to my new server without the WHM "copy multiple accounts". i want to do it via SSH with "ncftp"

once all the .tar.gz are in the new server all i will need to do is "restore" under the backup options
