What is this process causing a spike in my server load?

The following is a copy and paste from my TOP. I'm new at this game, so I apologize if this is a dumb question. My server load is normally less that .50. The process in bold below has been running for awhile now and has caused the shown spike. Any idea what it is? Is there a website that will tell me what various processes are so I know if they are normal or not?
