Power over Ethernet - Need some expert advice

A current business model that i am working on, would be greatly
enhanced via a power over ethernet solution.

Does anyone have any experience with POE, and its limitations?

I am looking to power around 12 - 15 networked nodes.

These are kiosk touch screen terminals, that take about as much power as a lower end desktop machine. 250W - 300W would be ideal.

Any recommendations on POE Injector switches? Adapters on the terminal ends? The POE hardware needed to support the power requirements?

Any info, or points in the right direction on research would be greatly appreciated.
