rcx.d start/stop

There are several services threw out the rcx.d directories that are never started at any stage. Is it safe to just remove kill statments for services that are never started in the first place?

Was thinking it might help speed up boot times just a bit, and make services that I do use, easier to manage.

Or any other suggestions in this area?
