Bandwidth Limits per IP or Port

I have a box. It will run 2 websites and probably about 2 or 3 couter-strike game servers. I would put the sites another box but i dont have enough money for a 2nd server at this time and like the control of hosting them my self.

To the point. I want to know if there is a way to limit the amount of bandwidth over each IP.

example: I have 5 ips. 1 will be used for both websites. 3 others will be used for the game servers. I want to know if there is a way i can limit the web IP to only use 1mbit and the 3 game IPs to use 50mbit or somthing like that.

example 2: set port 80 to use only 1mbit and port 27015 to use some set amount.

I dont want my web users to suck all bandwidth on some random file that i may post. Personally I think i am just being anal but it is better to be safe then with a laggin CS server. Bandwidth Limits per IP or Port
