I cannot access my webserver remotely with Trend Micros server protect running. Here is the situation, server OS is Windows server 2003 standard. I like to use the web interface remote access http:// ip number/tsweb then type in username & password at the prompt then your at the desktop of the machine, but this won't work with TM SP running on my webserver I went to the management console and excluded this directory from scanning C:\WINDOWS\Web\TSWeb but still no access. Anyone got any ideas? Is this not the correct directory? I called Trend Micros tec support but they did'nt have a clue.
