Motor Insurance Company - Online Claims Form (help?)
I feel very out of my depth in this forum, because I don't understand too much technical jabber but it seemed the right place for this.
Basically, I just put together a simple website for the company I work for.

And now, one of our staff would like a fully automated claim form, where customers can go and input all the data that they would on our usual claim form, available on our website as a .pdf, and submit it electronically.
I'm not a coding whizz and I'm hesitant about saying I'll et this go ahead, because obviously this deals with privacy protection and data transmission.. or am I worrying without need? How easy would this be, would would I need to implement and is this as easy as just using a CGI form mailer script? the data to be sent are such things as details of accident, names, addresses, details of brokers and etc. there are credit card figures or anything like this needed on the form.
If anyone can offer me some assistance, I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance!
