switch/router question
At the moment, we've got the computers in our house connected together and to the internet through a combined router/4-port switch.
I'm going to add another switch in a different room in the house, and I'd like all of the computers on both of the switches to be able to connect to each other and the internet.
Would it work if I get a switch with an 'uplink' port and plug this into one of the ports on the existing switch, or am I going to need a router to put between the two switches?
