Your on your own when it comes down to it.
I had 2 main problems - The server fsck'd whenever it was rebooted and the server load kept reach extreme highs for no reason.
Rack911 managed to fix the fsck - which servermatrix couldn't. Rack911 and servermatrix blamed the kernel for the server load, Rack911 tried compiling a 2.6 kernel and failed. After a couple of days they vanished, I paid for the monthly management plan and I have emailed them but no reply. This couldnt have happened at a worse time, because even though Rack911 suposedly did an audit, I was being told that my server was insecure by various people and of course I didnt believe them until the proved it to me by sending me passwords and also being able to change and create files on my webhost account.
Due to Rack911 disappearing I had to go back to servermatrix to help me out. They claim that their kernel works perfectly, but the load problem is still happening. As for the exploit insecurity problems, servermatrix denies that there is anything wrong with the server despite showing them the proof.
I am now at a complete loss because after hiring two techs im stuck on my own, unsure what to do.
