Apache REALLY Screwing Up!!!

Apache is going crazy, serving some pages and not others, some of the time. On one PHP page it even outputs this gibberish...

After stopping and starting Apache, it's only returning half or 1/3 of most every page. Any ideas as to what could be going on here?
