Apache frequently crashed. Server load <1 - <2. What happened?

Does anyone know why is Apache frequently crashed... (failed on WHM status) and the server load is only less than 1 to less than 2.

On the Apache Status page though I currently see over 3MB/second, which I assume the transfer speed?

What do I need to check on and do I need to 'optimize' my apache?
