RNDC Problem

I'm having a problem with my dns configuration.

I'm running a nameserver on my freebsd 4.10 machine together with WHM/Cpanel.

Whenever I add a new DNS master zone or do anything to the dns, it will successfully complete the task but it will also gives me this error :

frozened is my hostname.
