Mail not going beyond my domain - intermitent
I am getting a severe number of bounced on a known good list (opt in, etc). The headers of the mail do not contain any receipt information from the domain the email is supposed to go to... That is, there are no receipts by servers other than my own.
Example:

My initial guess was that if a clients domain sends out a mailing list of say 5000 names and the limit of emails per domain is 1000 per hour, what happens to the remaining 4k?
Do they just collect in the queue or are they abandoned?
It seems to simple a an answer...so I am posting here to at least give my Ded. Co. a lead on the possible problem.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great!
Best,
Toby
