Running a Web Server with a dynamic IP

Hey guys, I have a few questions regarding a web server with a dynamic IP. I already have a website (menowarhockey.com) with paid web hosting, but I found it isnt to difficult to use another computer to host things to the web yourself, and for free. The web server Im Using uses a wireless pci adapter which connects to a broadband router upstairs. The connection is sbc global DSL and I connect via dynamic IP (always changing).

Web Server Specs:
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 (2.6 Ghz)
Memory: 512mb
Internal Hardrive: 108Gb

*Server computer has been completly wiped clean and only contains essential programs.

Internet Connection:
Dynamic IP
Wireless Adapter Card connects to Wireless Broadband Router which is connected to a DSL Modem.
Avg Mbps: 48-100mbps

With the current settings I was hopping to install Apache 2, MySQL, PHP 5, and PhpMyAdmin. Simply to host my own website. I own 3 .com domains. I need help installing Apache, and how to go about setting up my domain (since my ip is dynamic) so people can view my webpage. Any type of help is greatly appreciated.
