Dual Xeon ASP restriction problem
i just switch over from a P4 2.8 1 gig ram box, to a dual xeon 2.8 with 3 gig ram
my old box was having full CPU usage during peaks , thats why i switch to a dual xeon recently
but now the issue is this , the new dual xeon refuse to exceed beyond 35% of CPU , i try a load testing with one of my script which auto refresh every 10 secs and i open 20 of them , on this script there is a auto timer in it , whereby we can see the real time count down before auto refresh , it is suppose to refresh at zero , but instead if continued to count down until negative value -12 or more before it refreshs itself . I check the CPU usage and it says only 35% and never gone beyond it , but why does the script refuses to refresh ?
I have increase the ASPprocessorthreadmax , but this problem still persists , anyone have any clue ?? and i have also checked that IIS is not restricting the script via the AppPool , but with all these behaving normally , the script is still capped at using 30% of CPU, can someone please help ??
