What is a good program to have forms emailed to me?

I have few forms on my site that allow users to submit basic information to sign up for programs. I would like this information to be sent to me through email in a readable layout.

Anyone know of an easy and free cgi that can do this?

Also, I don't know how to configure cgi scripts so would anyone be willing to help me set this up? thanks.
