Strange!

I've a Dual Xeon on Fedore Core 1 with VoxRox. I tried to reboot my server through "Graceful Server Reboot" in WHM and the server isnt up yet. Its been 30 minutes almost.

I tried remote reboot through my user panel, but it isnt up still.

Whats the possible and Fastest Solution to this? Strange!
